Go ahead, google "dress forms", "dress mannequins" , whatever suite your fancy and try not to cringe. $80, $100, $120! Oh my! If you are like me, you don't have THAT kind of money. Ok sad face for a second....
But wait! What do I most likely already have? Or could easily get with out breaking the bank?
Two Rolls of Duct Tape?
Garbage Bag?
A Willing Assistant?
How about 20 to 45 minutes?
Yes, yes, yes and ehhhh yeah...Great! Lets get started. "On what?", you say?
Your very own Custom Fit Duct Tape Form!

This is mine that took about 20 minutes and one roll of duct tape.
I wish I would have taken pictures of the process. I will have to describe it the best I can.
1) Okay, strip! Relax! Just to your basics. Underwear and bra. This is because its what you wear under clothes anyway so you want that little bit of room they create.
2) Take your plastic garbage bag and cut three holes. One for your head out of the bottom and two for your arms and the sides. and slip it on. Don't worry if its too short. Just grab another bag and cut the bottom off to make a skirt and duct tape it on.
3) Start taping with foot long pieces, beginning just under your chest and continue down wrapping and forming till you get down past the behind.
4) Now come up and make and "X" over your chest and with smaller pieces begin sculpting around the chest.
5) Tape over the back and neck. You can use excess plastic to cover the neck and arms. Be sure to tape around the shoulders.
6) Repeat for a second layer and again if you want it to be and extra firm mold of your body.

7) Now, carefully so your partner in crime needs to cut with scissors up the back, avoiding cutting the underwear and bra and slip the whole thing off.
8) Duct tape the cut back together and stuff stuff stuff with cotton or clothing scraps and fill all the curves nice and snug.
Viola! Dress form custom fit to your body!
Takes some pictures with your new BFF and begin sewing!

Ok some me what you can do!
